24hr Product Replacement Policy

• 24 hr cross ship replacements will only be issued for items within 30 days of invoice date.
• The original Invoice # is required in order to be eligible for cross shipment.
• If no invoice can be found a credit card will be required for overnight replacement and will be charged the full retail value of the items if not returned within 15 days.
• DRAM and Hard Drives with the Axiom ID # on the warranty sticker are the only items eligible for cross shipping.
• If customer will not provide a credit card, and the original invoice cannot be found, Axiom will issue a swap RMA and replacements will ship once Axiom has received the defective product.
• Defective special-order items will only be issued swap RMA’s and replacements will ship once Axiom has received the defective product.
• Cross ship RMA’s are for defective product only and will only ship the same part that is being returned.
